There was your voice – yes that voice! In speaking or singing, a truly anointed sound that softened many a stony heart, summoning the liquid evidence of deep emotion, to pool in eyes that conveyed more than words ever could.
But it was your heart that really sang; for there, on the altar of your being, the fire of sacred love had been kindled, fanned to robust flame by the Spirit, spreading in and through you, blending warmth and joy, with every sacred breath.
Now sweet songbird, you’re singing a different tune, one of heavenly praise. Every note is now pitch perfect for there, in His nearer presence, a single tear slips from the Father’s eyes as with encircling arms and heart brimming with love, He tenderly whispers what only you can hear…
